Nicholas Peters, Draper
I started Utah Trade Sites because the best roofers and landscapers I know in the valley have the worst websites, and the companies with the best websites aren't always the best at the work. That gap costs good tradespeople jobs every week. I fix the website part so the work can speak for itself.

Why would you build a site before I've paid anything?
Because describing a website is a terrible way to sell one. Showing you the finished thing is the fastest way for both of us to find out if it's a fit, and it costs us far less than a sales team would.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Maybe not. Pull it up on your phone right now. If you can't tap to call within one second, if your reviews aren't on it, and if it doesn't say which cities you serve, homeowners are choosing the competitor whose site does.
Who owns the site?
You do, on every plan. On the Managed plan we host and maintain it; if you ever leave, we hand over the files and the domain stays yours.
Do you do the Google Business Profile too?
Yes. On Managed and Growth we clean it up, add photos and service categories, respond to reviews with you, and post updates. For most contractors the profile brings more calls than the website, so we treat them as one system.
What if I don't like the free build?
Tell us what's off and we'll revise it. If it's still not right, no hard feelings and no invoice. The build is ours to eat.
